FANS OF NEMIROFF WORLD CUP

Annual World Professionals' Armwrestling Cup - Nemiroff World Cup is one of the few events that is visited by fans from all around the world. Before we observed only the national armwrestling fans in the hall of struggles but last years the amount of the fans broaden out with the lovers from as well East as West border. The best supporting example are the fans of Denis Cyplenkov's form Russia. His fans have been putting on T-shirts with his image and taking the front rows and have supporting him till the end of the tournamnets for several years. As of yet the organizers of the World Professionals' Armwrestling Cup gave over 100 invitations to people who will come to see this unusual sports event live and stay in the group of the strongest armwrestlers in the world. ANDREY PUSHKAR - PREPARATIONS TO NEMIROFF 2010

In last phone conversation we got to know that an armwrestling grand master - Andrey Pushkar from Ukraine is activelypreparin for this year's World Professionals' Cup - Nemiroff World Cup 2010. As Andrey said himself: "After last year's defeat I drew conclusions and I hope not to make the same mistake I made last year, this year. I do not hide that I feel miserable due to chest muscle injury that I got at one of my trainings. While I was lifting 220kg on the bench I felt a sudden pain in the right part of my chest. I put away the weight a once but unfortunately it was too late. Although the tear is quite small, it will for sure influence my armwrestling trainings and the results of the duels. Now I feel stronger for left hand. Of yet I weigh 112kg , my biceps is 50cm in circumference and forearm is 44cm in circumference”. We haven’t seen such a well built Andrey Pushkar yet. FARID UZMANOV IN TURKISH NATIONAL TEAM LINEUP

Farid Uzmanov or maybe Farad Osmalnli appeared at the European Championships - Moscow 2010 as the part of the Turkish National Team. Such a change took place a few years ago, as Farad who lived in Uzbekistan until recently, being of Turkish descent move with his family to Turkey permanently, where he supports the Turkish Armwrestling Team now. In the telephone conversation Farad confirmed that this year he will come to the World Professionals' Cup - Nemiroff World Cup 2010 with 5-6 competitors of Turkish armwrestling.As of yet Farad weights 116kg and as he said he is in a good form. He began the phase of preparations to Nemiroff World Cup afew weeks ago. Of yet is biceps litf 50kg easily (form the streightarm), and he wants to increase it tothe leve of 75kg before the tournamnte. DZAMBULAT CORIJEV AT NEMIROFF 2010

The real surprise at this year’s Nemiroff World Cup – Sopot 2010 may the start of a Russian competitor from Saint Petersburg - Dzambulat Corijev. This Russian competitor declared his start at up to 95kg class at Sopot World Armwrestling Professionals’ Cup as well for left as right hand. Although as he says himself: “my left hand is stronger than the right one, but I would like to repeat my success form 2005 when I ranked 1st on the podium for right hand.We would like to remind everyone that John Brzenk who weighted 104kg then fought at +95kg class. A year later – in 2006 John started at up to 95kg class. ZŁOTY TUR 2010 IN SOPOT

Soon many fans of our sports disciline will have apossibility to see struggles of the strongest competitors of our globe during this year’s, 11th Złoty Tur Cup and at the same time 8th World Professional Cup – Nemiroff World Cup 2010. This time according to the decision of the organizers - Mazurenko Armwrestling Promotion Sp. z o.o company from Gdynia decided, the tournaments will take place in Sopot, and more precisely in Sheraton Sopot Hotel. Many of you asked why we went away from the capital of Poland. As until now the tournaments were taking place in Warsaw prestige hotels. Well, there are several reasons of that. First of all the city of Sopot is one of the most beautiful resorts not only in Poland, but also in Europe, famous for its festivals, longest wooden pier in Europe – so the pier of Sopot, expensive hotels, sandy beaches.
